By terms of our Agreement with the REALTOR® Associations, the membership lists may not be used for any other purposes, or sold, bartered or exchanged with any third parties without the express written consent of the Association to which the list belongs.

E-mail newsletters sent periodically to members of participating REALTOR® Associations/Boards are sent free of charge to the members as a benefit of their annual dues payments.

Periodically, as requested by the REALTOR® Associations/Boards, RECareerPro will conduct online polls regarding issues of importance to real estate professionals and homeowners. Any data collected in these surveys will be used solely for the purposes of the survey. No individual member’s personal data will be collected, stored or distributed as a result of these surveys other than for purposes of correlating and evaluating the data collected.
